Produce a task analysis.
Hmk: Do a product analysis on 'Hand Held Torches'. (Tip. try to look for ones which fit on key rings)

Produce a Specification for your torch.
HMK: Complete ergomomics sheet

Produce a range of design ideas for your torch.

Complete working drawing of your torch.
Hmk: Develop (modify) your idea to produce a 'workable' design. Template.

Produce a paper template for your design.
Collect components and put your name on the bag.
Stick Acylic and ONE piece of HIPS together with a SMALL piece of D/S tape
Using the jig a pilot hole for bigger holes later.
Stick the other piece of HIPS to the back.
Draw around template onto HIPS.
Cut out with coping saw.

Use a punch to make button. Add battery and LED
