Cheshire Schools' Sailing and Canoeing Association Autumn Regatta - 2004

Bridgewater is a member of the Cheshire Schools' Sailing and Canoeing Association. Through the CSSCA we are able to sail at Budworth Sailing Club and have the use of club changing facilities and space to store our boats. Thanks to the PTA, the support of other parents and internal fund-raising we currently have a Topper and a GP 14. They aren't very new but they are serviceable and do provide us with a range of different boats for our sailors. We also have buoyancy aids which are always worn whenever sailors are on the water. As members of the CSSCA we have the use of some storage facilities in the boat park and shared access to a powered rescue dory.

The staff leader is Mr N Groves who is a very experienced sailor and he is supported by parents when they are available.
