The Religious Studies Department is organising an educational visit to Krakow, Poland for the current Year 9 pupils. One of the main reasons for visiting Krakow is to visit Oswiecim, better known by its German name of Auschwitz. This town is the site of the massive concentration camp of Auschwitz-Birkenau and a visit here leaves a long-lasting impression. The trip will be a four day, three night stay in the centre of Krakow and will involve other activities to give the trip a balance and ensure our pupils get the very most from their time in Poland.
