Team
Improving Team Work
14th June 2005 – Wigan

School Leadership Teams play a
vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the school on a day-to-day
basis. Some SLT’s however are teams
in name only and do not achieve their full potential directing the school's
medium to long term strategy.
Little guidance is offered to those
in education seeking to understand how low performance by the SLT can be turned
into high performance with pupils, students, teachers and associate staff
reaping the benefits. This event
sets out to fill this gap using phase
specific tasks and case studies throughout this event.
