Lots of company's have a disclaimer at the bottom of e-mails. Does one appear on ours and should it if not?
With the system of Webmail that we have adopted, you the user have full control over how the emails look (only the address is of a corporate style). However, it is very easy to put a signature text at the bottom of all your emails. Click change signature tab and fill in the auto signature to say whatever you like. (then click save).

Suggested text for an Auto-signature (Just paste into the signature box of your webmail - see below)
